Greetings from Topsail Island!  This beautiful island of twenty-six miles of pristine, uncrowded beaches includes three small towns.  In the  middle of the island is the town of Surf City consisting of a mixture of residential and commercial real estate.  At the southern end is Topsail Beach which is predominantly residential with a small strip of commercial in the middle of town.  At the northern end of the island is North Topsail Beach consisting of residential homes as well as condominiums.
